As a NEW small business we do only offer our one collection at the moment. We’re happy to announce that we have very many ideas in the making, mock-ups being produced and new samples on the way and are hoping to have more available by this summer at the latest

We strive to produce the absolute best for our kairos babes and unfortunately that comes at a price. Our pricing is based off production, time and quality. Because we are a sustainable company, our production costs are quite higher than that of other company’s. Please take in account the extra step we go to not only offer sustainable products but also eco-friendly and recyclable poly mailers. We also factor in the time it takes to design, sample and produce designs as well as the time it takes to package and ship out our ‘kinis to you amazing people. We understand our prices are not necessarily within everyone’s price range which is why we’ve worked hard to be partnered with AfterPay

Right now, our bikinis only range from XS-L. We understand this does not fit everyone and we deeply apologize! It was never our intention to exclude any of you beautiful people. We were hoping to have more sizes available when we launched and are working our hardest to make it happen as soon as possible. We would like you to know sizes XL and XXL are in the process of being produced and will be included in our next drop.

You can exchange it babe! As long as you comply with our requirements, which can be found in the 'RETURNS' tab, we'll gladly process your return and issue you the right item.

Once you place an order, you will automatically recieve an order confirmation e-mail. Once your order has been proccessed and is ready to be shipped out from our warehouse, you will recieve another e-mail with shipping information.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. This applies to undeliverable or refused shipments, missing, and stolen shipments. Should you return an item purchased from us for an exchange, you'll have to pay to ship back the item you'd like to exchange.

Yes we do!

We accept returns requested within 30 days from the date you recieve your order. Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted.

AfterPay is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in four payments made every 2 weeks without interest.

Simply shop online and add items to your shopping bag and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Installments with Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! *Please note that all items in your shopping bag must be eligible for Installments with Afterpay. Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order online.

Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made on kairoskinis.com using Installments by Afterpay.

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com

Furthermore, the measurements in our size guide are estimates and we cannot guarantee they'll fit perfect.
